The wait is over.

With love and enthusiasm, I'd like to announce the next CaPLESS retreat on April 27 - 29, 2018.

You may not know the story, but ever since my dad's prostate cancer scare about twenty-six years ago, I have had a vendetta against this disease. My uncles died of prostate cancer. My paternal grandfather did too. In my dad's mind, he was next.

Since then I have had a vendetta against prostate cancer.

Now more than ever, after having seen thousands of prostate cancer patients, I firmly believe this disease is the perfect wake-up call that helps patients practice habits that can create a hostile environment to cancer and live his best life forward.

I am not exaggerating.

If you can read this, you can make the lifestyle changes that will help you keep inflammation low, strengthen your immune system and protect your cells from oxidative stress - three elements crucial to creating an unfavorable cancer environment.

In this unforgettable event, you will learn the mindset of a CaPLESS thriver, discover delicious recipes with top-rated protective foods and learn how to get the most out of your workouts so you can improve your prognosis.

I warmly invite you to consider spending the weekend with me and my team of experts who will teach you the tools and techniques to improve your prognosis.

Take a look at the retreat website and email us if you have any questions.

We only have space for about forty participants combined. Significant others are welcomed and encouraged to come as they have a substantial role in the CaPLESS thrivers life.

Significant others will also learn how to preserve their health as they take care of others.

Here's the retreat website.
